All sales are final and there are no refunds. Due to the nature of our business and demand for our product exchanges can be made within 5 days of purchase in original packaged condition with original receipt.

We cannot accept any hair that has been installed or altered (washed, brushed, or cut). Inspect the hair before opening the bundles to make sure you’re satisfied. We Stand behind our product.

All orders are generally dispatched within 1-2 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS postal with a tracking number.

Shipping fees include handling, packing, and postage costs. We cannot distinguish orders placed separately; shipping fees will apply to each order. So we recommend that you group your items.

Your order’s tracking number will be e-mailed to you once your order has been posted. If the items are out of stock, you will be notified immediately with the new estimated delivery date. Orders placed during weekends and national holidays may arrive 1 or 2 days later than normal.
